Storm Reid is staying optimistic despite delays in the production of HBO’s Euphoria Season 3. Although the premiere has been postponed due to ongoing script development, Reid is sending “positive vibes into the universe” in hopes of the show’s return.
“We’re currently on pause, but we’re eager to get back to it,” she expressed to E! News’ Will Marfuggi at the premiere of Challengers, featuring her Euphoria co-star Zendaya. “If it’s meant to be, we’ll be back soon and ready to deliver what the fans want and deserve.”
Reid keeps in touch with her castmates through social media, especially enjoying updates from Zendaya’s Challengers press tour. “I follow her, her stylist, and people close to her. I’m still a fangirl at heart,” Reid joked. Catch more of Reid’s thoughts on E! News on Wednesday, April 17.
Reid also praised Zendaya’s performance in Challengers, a sports drama about a tennis coach entangled with two rival players, also starring Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist. “I’ve been on pins and needles waiting to see it, and I’m so proud of her,” said Reid.
In the midst of her busy schedule, Zendaya still finds time for personal moments, such as supporting her boyfriend Tom Holland, who stars in a London theater production of Romeo & Juliet this May. “I couldn’t be more proud,” Zendaya shared with Vogue, planning to attend as many performances as possible.
Challengers is set to release in theaters on April 26.
